Principal Strategist, AI and Privacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the market adoption strategy for new Chainlink product lines focusing on Privacy, AI, and key growth sectors.

• Cultivate relationships with technical users, partners, and enterprise clients to identify market demands and influence product development.

• Convert customer insights into actionable product specifications for the Engineering and Product teams.

• Collaborate with Product Leadership and Research to ensure product-market alignment and enhance adoption rates.

• Facilitate the onboarding and support of over 50 initial customers for Chainlink Privacy products, creating replicable go-to-market playbooks.

• Develop and validate use cases for AI Oracle and Agentic Skills.

• Serve as the technical advocate for customers, balancing user requirements, technical viability, and business potential.

• Foster collaboration among Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Architecture teams.

• Formulate market theses on emerging technologies and pinpoint high-potential opportunities.

• Establish product lines that drive customer adoption, ecosystem expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience managing strategic technical accounts, customer success, solutions architecture, product strategy, or technical business development within complex enterprise settings.

• Solid technical background and experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to guide product development.

• Proficient in gathering, synthesizing, and articulating customer requirements into product roadmaps.

• History of engaging early adopters to confirm product-market fit and foster the adoption of new technologies.

• Strong commercial insight with experience in pre-sales, technical solutions, or intricate customer interactions.

• Capable of working independently in uncertain, fast-paced environments while generating market insights and strategic recommendations.

• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

• Practical technical expertise with the ability to read and comprehend code.

• In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and DeFi.

• Familiarity with privacy technologies, decentralized applications, smart contracts, or early-stage product launches is a plus.
