Principal Solution Specialist – Citrix Security Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical sales strategy for global, enterprise-level clients.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, design architectural blueprints, and deliver engaging product demonstrations.

• Oversee intricate Proof of Concepts/Values (PoC/PoV) and promote product adoption.

• Create customized solutions that seamlessly integrate our Enterprise Browser and ZTNA products into the customer's existing security framework.

• Cultivate strong technical relationships with essential customer stakeholders.

• Represent Citrix and Cloud Software Group at industry conferences, webinars, and regional events.

• Serve as the customer’s voice, compiling field feedback to influence the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing security architecture positions.

• Profound understanding of Enterprise browser, ZTNA, SASE, Software-Defined Perimeters (SDP), and legacy VPN alternatives.

• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Active Directory, Okta, Ping).

• Acquainted with web security principles, Secure Web Gateways (SWG), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and browser-based security mechanisms.

• Advanced knowledge of L3-L7 networking, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, SSL/TLS interception, and routing.

• Exceptional presentation and whiteboarding capabilities.

• Practical technical skills to troubleshoot complex network and security environments during PoV deployments.

• Language proficiency: Ability to communicate in the local language and other European languages is preferred.

• Prior experience specifically in selling Enterprise Browser solutions or advanced ZTNA solutions (e.g., Citrix Secure Private Access) is preferred.

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCIE, or equivalent cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) are preferred.

• Familiarity with endpoint management and security tools (MDM, UEM, EDR/XDR) is preferred.

• Experience in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, REST APIs) is an added advantage.

• Ability to leverage AI tools for enhanced productivity and competitive analysis is preferred.

• Innovative approach to addressing AI security challenges is preferred.
