Principal Software Engineer – AI-First Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily technical operations of a small AI-First engineering team

• Design and implement full-stack applications utilizing AI-First techniques

• Establish and uphold workflows for AI agents

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into actionable workflows

• Guide team members in AI-enhanced development methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid authorization to work in the United States

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience

• Proven track record of performing comprehensive code reviews

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity for effective communication
