Principal QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Strengthen the team's ability to deliver assigned stories by the conclusion of each sprint.

• Provide comprehensive QA oversight to guarantee successful project delivery within budget constraints.

• Conduct interviews for recruitment and evaluate candidates thoroughly.

• Create detailed strategies for testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-11+ years of professional experience in relevant technologies and projects.

• Extensive expertise in developing and maintaining comprehensive end-to-end test frameworks using Selenium.

• Proficiency in utilizing Selenium with C# and .NET.

• Strong skills in CI/CD integration for automated testing using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience in building a test automation framework from the ground up.

• Experience in presenting to client stakeholders effectively.

• Ability to comprehend and articulate business outcomes clearly.

• Background in coaching and mentoring, demonstrated through both informal collaboration and structured code reviews.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
