This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the senior authority for project execution within DIRTT’s Project Execution division.
• Oversee the implementation of the company's most intricate and strategic projects.
• Set execution standards throughout the project portfolio.
• Promote excellence in project controls, forecasting, risk management, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Enhance project management capabilities and address critical project challenges.
• Collaborate with Solutions Design, Order Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Installation teams to ensure predictable results.
• Lead efforts in identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks for high-risk projects.
• Create project execution plans and conduct schedule reviews and recovery planning sessions.
• Perform regular project assessments to ensure alignment between the approved design and actual field installation.
• Assist with project accounting practices and controls.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in project delivery.
• Acknowledged as a subject matter expert in project execution.
• Proven experience in leading strategic, complex, and highly visible projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop project managers successfully.
• Experienced in driving initiatives for process improvement and execution excellence.
• Established capability to influence results across various functional groups.
• Possess expert-level knowledge of commercial construction, ideally within industrialized construction.
• Extensive expertise in forecasting, project controls, scheduling, and risk management.
• Familiarity with portfolio-level performance analysis.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Advanced skills in negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead without direct authority.
