This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Act as the lead mobile engineer and React Native expert for the Cash Line team.
• Enhance the quality, scalability, and speed of the team's mobile codebase.
• Spearhead Android development and execute the approved Android launch strategy for this year.
• Convert business objectives into technical milestones and actionable plans.
• Establish the technical direction for mobile architecture across both React Native and native Android interfaces.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to transform roadmap priorities into effective mobile solutions.
• Offer technical leadership through design evaluations, mentorship, and effective execution.
• Remain the team’s mobile expert post-launch, providing support for the entire Cash Line mobile stack.
• Over 8 years of software engineering experience, with significant expertise in developing and deploying mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Profound knowledge of native Android development in Kotlin and/or Java, with experience in launching native Android applications in production settings.
• Proven success in leading cross-team mobile projects, platform migrations, or new mobile product launches in production environments.
• Experience in delivering consumer-facing mobile products at scale, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership as a senior individual contributor, including responsibility for architecture, mentorship, and influence across teams.
• The team operates across all U.S. time zones.
• Candidates in Canada must reside outside Quebec for this role.
