Principal Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive AI/ML/Agentic-AI solutions — encompassing ideation, research, experimentation, deployment, and monitoring in a production environment.

• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and interdepartmental dependencies in collaboration with product and engineering leaders.

• Convert business and technical needs into a structured ML roadmap, architectural plans, and actionable workflows.

• Promote the adoption of MLOps best practices and advocate for operational excellence in ML infrastructure.

• Create and implement models for cloud workload forecasting, resource optimization, and intelligent automation.

• Incorporate GenAI, LLM-based, and Agentic AI solutions into both customer-facing applications and internal systems.

• Effectively communicate the ML strategy, progress, and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BTech/BE), Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in ML/AI/DE.

• Demonstrated success in deploying ML projects at scale, ideally within a SaaS/cloud infrastructure context.

• Extensive hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, alongside proficiency in Python.

• Experience with AWS and Terraform is required.

• Prior experience with Databricks and Spark is highly preferred.

• Practical experience with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain), including their implementation in production environments.
