Principal Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance TTS / Voice Generation models

• Train, optimize, and assess speech models

• Transform research concepts into production systems

• Collaborate across research, engineering, and product teams

• Assist in establishing technical direction and best practices in ML

• Propel execution in a dynamic environment

• Work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Speech AI, ideally focusing on TTS / Voice Generation

• TTS has been a central area of focus in recent years

• Practical experience in training and fine-tuning TTS models

• Demonstrated history of deploying ML models in real-world production settings

• Strong knowledge of inference, latency, scaling, monitoring, and reliability

• Comprehensive ML background (pathway as an ML Scientist / ML Engineer)

• Excellent coding and engineering abilities
