Principal – Knowledge Governance, GenAI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Responsible for structuring, governing, and preparing enterprise knowledge for AI applications.

• Connects semantic architecture, knowledge lifecycle governance, and GenAI facilitation.

• Manages the enterprise semantic layer within Snowflake.

• Aligns ontologies, knowledge graphs, and Snowflake semantic models.

• Sets standards for semantic modeling applicable to analytics, BI, and AI scenarios.

• Implements change management, versioning, and approval processes for semantic modifications.

• Integrates governed knowledge into RAG systems, knowledge graphs, and agent frameworks.

• Develops repeatable onboarding procedures for new GenAI applications.

• Establishes guidelines for the use of structured versus unstructured knowledge.

• Enhances grounding, minimizes hallucination, and boosts answer consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (advanced degree is preferred).

• 10 years of experience in knowledge management, data modeling, ontology design, or semantic technologies.

• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale ontologies or knowledge graphs.

• Solid understanding of GenAI architectures, including RAG and agent-based systems.

• Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive settings is preferred.
