This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform thorough, individual reviews of export transactions related to the company's shipping orders.
• Become an expert in the workflow requirements for export shipment requests within the enterprise's web-based trade compliance management system.
• Offer guidance and assistance to programs and internal stakeholders regarding logistics fulfillment requirements for various transaction types and international destinations.
• Aid internal shipping operations staff in planning and booking export shipping orders across all transport modes in collaboration with logistics service providers.
• Stay informed about ITAR-22CFR, EAR-15CFR, and FTR-15CFR export compliance regulations.
• Oversee the accurate and complete transmission of Electronic Export Information data sets to AES/ACE.
• Assist in the creation of documentation for export transactions, including customs invoices, packing lists, origin declarations, waybills, and bills of lading.
• Support transportation expense budgets by selecting service providers and service levels.
• Monitor and track export shipments until delivery is completed.
• Ensure accurate reporting of decrements related to export licenses from the State and Commerce Departments.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of export shipments.
• Support internal trade compliance assessments and audits, completing any assigned actions.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in supply chain transportation, commercial freight forwarding operations, or a related field, OR a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with U.S. export operations requirements, including international air, sea, and surface transportation and logistics.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Preference for candidates with experience in ITAR, EAR, and FTR regulations.
• Preference for candidates who have managed licenses and license exemptions/exceptions from the Department of State and Department of Commerce.
