Principal Full-Stack Engineer – .NET/Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement scalable SaaS applications utilizing .NET, Angular, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS.

• Take ownership of the complete delivery of features—from domain modeling and backend services to frontend development, automated testing, deployment, and production support.

• Produce production-ready code through AI-assisted development tools based on Replit designs, adhering to internal design standards, reusable components, accessibility guidelines, responsive design principles, and frontend best practices.

• Collaborate with Architects to establish application architecture and validate technical approaches by creating proof-of-concepts (PoCs) when necessary.

• Develop solutions utilizing modern architectural patterns, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF), and API Gateway.

• Construct modern Angular applications employing standalone components, Signals, RxJS, Reactive Forms, and a reusable component architecture.

• Design efficient data models, enhance SQL performance, and implement scalable integration and messaging patterns.

• Guide engineers through technical advice, architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

• Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and agentic AI workflows to enhance software quality and engineering productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Background as a Principal, Lead Engineer, or in a similar technical leadership position.

• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and Angular.

• Extensive experience with DDD, CQRS, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.

• Proven experience in designing secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS applications.

• Strong understanding of SQL optimization, data modeling, and technologies like Redis and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

• Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, Git, Agile development, and modern DevOps practices.

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools, along with static analysis tools such as SonarQube and Mend.

• Proficient in using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools.
