Principal Full Stack Engineer

• Technical Strategy & Ownership: Concentrate on the essential elements of the Steer CRM, particularly enhancing our data ingestion and processing methods to transform our automation tools.

• Architectural Vision: Spearhead the creation of reusable full-stack components and services that guarantee our platform's performance as we advance toward market leadership.

• Adaptive Development: Be prepared to adjust swiftly in response to changing business demands, alternating focus between new integrations and core infrastructure to maintain a seamless ecosystem.

• Customer-Centric Engineering: Collaborate closely with Product to grasp user challenges, ensuring that every architectural choice delivers real value to the auto repair shops we support.

• Code Excellence: Advocate for best practices in security, test automation, and maintainability. Perform comprehensive code reviews that uplift the entire engineering team.

• Modern DevOps & Agentic Infrastructure: Shape our CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC practices. Develop and sustain AI-integrated, agentic-ready infrastructure that supports autonomous workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in developing complex, web-based SaaS products.

• AI & LLM Integration: Practical experience with LLMs and prompt engineering. You leverage AI to fill gaps and expedite development.

• AI in Production: Demonstrated experience in deploying AI-driven features and autonomous (agentic) workflows within production-level infrastructure.

• AI-Driven CI/CD: Direct experience in incorporating AI tools into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., automated code review agents, AI-assisted testing, or agentic workflow orchestration).

• Database Expertise: Skilled in both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases, including schema design and query optimization.

• The "Owner" Mindset: A history of full accountability for projects and a commitment to tackling "impossible" challenges in dynamic environments.

• Exceptional Communication: Capable of translating intricate technical ideas into product outcomes and collaborating effectively with leadership.
