Principal Engineer – OCTO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of platforms that drive revenue growth.

• Facilitate the redesign of current platforms, integrating the most advanced Agentic AI technologies.

• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, infrastructure, and cloud teams to develop and launch new versions.

• Assemble and manage a team of 3-5 Engineers.

• Extensive professional experience in software engineering and system architecture.

• In-depth knowledge in areas such as sales, marketing, and AdTech.

• A substantial background in InsurTech or similar industries.

• Familiarity with financial services regulatory standards related to compliance.
