πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ In the role of Principal Software Engineer, you will take on a pivotal leadership position, influencing the future of our AI-driven data ecosystem by architecting the high-performance foundation of next-generation agentic data platforms and scaling our infrastructure to accommodate millions of users globally.

β€’ Reporting directly to our SVP of Engineering, you will collaborate with product and engineering leadership to convert technical strategies into meaningful business outcomes.

β€’ You will establish the vision for a cohesive data platform geared towards an AI-centric future, directing numerous engineering teams to connect raw data with actionable AI insights.

β€’ This position combines high-level architectural guidance with practical coding contributions, creating systems from inception to global deployment that are both innovative and ready for production.

β€’ You will address intricate challenges in data orchestration, low-latency processing, and developer efficiency, providing essential capabilities that will drive company-wide innovation and shape our next phase.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

β€’ Over 10 years of hands-on experience as an engineer developing highly scalable systems in a production environment.

β€’ At least 6 years of experience serving as a trusted technical decision-maker within a team, focusing on both immediate and long-term business value.

β€’ A minimum of 4 years of experience using SQL or other database querying languages on extensive multi-table datasets.

β€’ Proven experience in architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed systems effectively.

β€’ Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential.

β€’ Experience in building continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

β€’ Strong knowledge of server-side web technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go).
