Principal Engineer – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable solutions within Microsoft ecosystems and cloud services like Azure AD, Office 365, PowerAutomate, MS Defender, and Teams.

• Offering technical leadership and direction to the Enterprise Infrastructure team as well as other engineering groups focused on Microsoft technologies and frameworks.

• Collaborating with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to convert business requirements into precise technical specifications.

• Ensuring adherence to standards, best practices, and security protocols across Microsoft solutions and cloud services.

• Guiding junior engineers and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

• Diagnosing complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and driving effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft solutions and cloud services, including 5 years in a senior or lead capacity.

• You must have expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies, architectures, and frameworks, including PowerAutomate, PowerShell, Azure AD, Azure Policies, and Azure DevOps.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft cloud services such as Azure Landing Zone, Office 365, MS Defender, and Teams is required, along with proven experience in integration and management.

• Proficiency in designing and delivering Azure Enterprise applications like Intune, Defender for Cloud, Power Automate, Graph API, and Endpoints to improve business processes is essential.

• You should exhibit excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
