Principal Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Design and develop a scalable Agentic AI architecture specifically tailored for RCM workflows.

• Create autonomous agents proficient in managing intricate revenue cycle tasks such as denial management, contract analysis, and eligibility verification.

• Establish orchestration patterns to facilitate agent collaboration across various RCM business functions.

• Implement comprehensive guardrails and validation mechanisms for AI decision-making in financial environments.

• Develop reusable components that enhance the speed of agent development for new RCM applications.

• Create specialized tools for training and fine-tuning AI models utilizing healthcare financial data.

• Lead distributed engineering teams across both onshore and offshore locations.

• Demonstrated success in developing production AI systems that handle financial transactions.

• Extensive knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks and agent architectures.

• Experience in applying AI to structured financial workflows governed by explicit business rules.

• Proven history of scaling complex software platforms across multiple business domains.

• Strong experience in leading distributed development teams.

• Successful track record in implementing systems that integrate with healthcare financial platforms.

• Advanced understanding of LLM orchestration and RAG implementations.

• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as AutoGPT, LangChain, and others.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering for specialized domains.

• Strong software architecture capabilities with an emphasis on scalability and modularity.

• Ability to develop systems that maintain context throughout multi-step workflows.

• Knowledge of healthcare data security regulations.

• 7-10 years of experience in full-stack development, including 2 years focused on Agentic AI.
