Principal Demand Generation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Clasp's comprehensive demand generation strategy.

• Take ownership of monitoring and reporting on Clasp's demand funnel metrics within HubSpot.

• Continuously improve the systems and campaign tracking that power the marketing engine.

• Spearhead Clasp's thought leadership initiatives (including white papers, reports, blogs, videos), webinars, and content collaborations.

• Identify the most effective channels to engage the right audience and generate leads for the team.

• Establish a documented feedback mechanism with Sales regarding lead quality.

• Work with a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach in a dynamic, early-stage setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 2 years dedicated to building a demand engine from scratch at a Series B-or-earlier startup.

• Proven ability to function as the sole hands-on marketing professional within a small team, while being prepared to guide a second team member's efforts as the function expands.

• You have independently defined funnel stages and metrics; you did not simply adopt someone else's framework.

• Demonstrated responsibility for achieving lead-volume targets, supported by measurable outcomes, including instances of misses.

• Practical experience in setting up lead scoring, attribution, and campaign tracking within HubSpot.

• A history of establishing channel and content strategies rather than merely executing directives: you made decisions on resource allocation, eliminated ineffective strategies, and can measure the impact of your choices.
