This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of key Enterprise accounts (2,501+ employees).
β’ Foster executive alignment, ensure long-term value realization, and maintain robust net revenue retention.
β’ Act as a senior security advisor to Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and executive leadership teams.
β’ Shape multi-year account strategies, navigate complex renewals and expansions, and act as a thought partner both internally and externally.
β’ Enhance Customer Success practices through mentorship, strategic initiatives, and leadership across functions.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise Account Management within SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, or enterprise security platforms.
β’ A proven history of owning and surpassing net revenue retention targets across large Enterprise accounts.
β’ Successful management of complex, global accounts with multi-million dollar Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and multi-year contracts.
β’ Experience in delivering executive-level forecasts and portfolio insights to senior leadership.
β’ Proven success in driving strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives within global organizations.
β’ Direct engagement with CISOs and executive security stakeholders in consultative discussions.
