This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensures that customers receive an exceptional support experience.
• Provides assistance to customers through chat and WhatsApp.
• Addresses customer inquiries and challenges related to platform usage.
• Analyzes and investigates customer reports for potential issues or frequently asked questions, escalating them to the tech team when necessary.
• Communicates feedback and suggestions to our product team.
• Prepares follow-up reports.
• Experience in SaaS support is required.
• Must be proactive and empathetic.
• Possesses excellent written communication skills.
• Displays curiosity and a desire to learn new concepts.
• Has an investigative mindset for diagnosing issues and finding solutions.
• Organized with strong time management abilities.
• Must be exclusively dedicated (no concurrent employment).
