This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage a select group of key accounts
• Foster and sustain trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
• Spearhead strategic customer discussions and business reviews
• Formulate long-term strategies for customer engagement
• Ensure customer retention and facilitate contract renewals
• Identify risks and signs of potential churn early on
• Create initiatives aimed at enhancing customer value
• Spot opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Develop business cases and strategies for growth
• Actively nurture and expand existing customer relationships
• Assist in strategic customer projects
• Collaborate closely with SEO, CRO, and delivery teams
• Translate technical subjects into business value
• Ensure a mutual understanding of customer goals and priorities
• Several years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, Key Account Management, or a similar position
• Experience in supporting complex e-commerce clients
• Knowledge of digital business models, e-commerce, and data-driven marketing
• Capability to align operational measures with strategic business goals
• Strong analytical abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
• Ability to simplify complexity into clear, concise messages
• High initiative and a strong sense of accountability
• Strong hands-on approach
• Confident demeanor when engaging with business units, management, and C-level stakeholders
