Principal CoreValve Therapy Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical, clinical, educational, and sales assistance for the Medtronic CoreValve System.

• Collaborate closely with implanting teams to enhance procedural and practice success.

• Provide clinical expertise to TAVR implanting centers.

• Assist in loading valves onto delivery catheters while offering technical support.

• Promote procedural consistency and optimal clinical outcomes.

• Support education and training initiatives with physicians, hospital staff, and Medtronic team members.

• Work alongside sales representatives to strategize and meet sales targets.

• Act as a liaison with R&D for advancements in technology.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma along with 11+ years of clinical or sales experience.

• An Associate’s Degree combined with 9+ years of clinical or sales experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of clinical or sales experience.

• Experience in selling or supporting interventional cardiology, vascular, or surgical products.

• Minimum of 3 years of such experience in an industry environment.

• An Associate’s Degree in engineering, nursing, or a related scientific field (preferred).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in business or science (preferred).

• Familiarity with wires, balloons, catheters, and stents (preferred).

• Strong grasp of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology (preferred).

• Experience in conveying product market advantages to physicians and hospital administration (preferred).

• Imaging interpretation experience (TTE or TEE, CT, Angiograms) (preferred).

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (preferred).

• Excellent project management skills with experience in program coordination (preferred).

• Background in teaching and educating medical personnel, peers, and technical support staff (preferred).
