This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and refine content throughout the consumer purchase journey, covering areas such as landing pages, onboarding, checkout, post-purchase interactions, and microcopy.
• Develop narrative frameworks for significant product flows.
• Achieve a balance between functional clarity and emotional impact within intricate life insurance processes.
• Collaborate to quickly iterate on content while clearly articulating goals and rationales.
• Present designs to leadership, integrate feedback, and finalize content accordingly.
• Enhance content standards, tone-of-voice guidelines, and review procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on writing and content strategy initiatives.
• Promote the importance of content as a key driver of business success.
• Leverage AI tools and frameworks to produce content more efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.
• Assist in shaping AI tools with the appropriate tone, structure, and parameters.
• Conduct research on customers and the comprehensive purchase journey through audits, competitive analysis, and user interviews.
• Test and refine content using analytics, A/B testing, and usability research.
• Implement insights gained from previous experiments.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in content design or content strategy.
• At least 2 years of experience working on direct-to-consumer digital products.
• A portfolio showcasing measurable contributions to conversion or revenue.
• Strong ability in storytelling and crafting narratives.
• Proficiency in using clear, engaging language for complex or regulated topics.
• Skill in identifying key messages and establishing effective content hierarchies.
• Effective presentation abilities.
• Openness to collaborative writing and real-time contributions.
• Proficiency with AI, including the use of AI tools to brainstorm product and screen concepts and structure prompts.
• A collaborative approach paired with a distinct content perspective.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Understanding of regulatory constraints.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• A competitive base salary ranging from $165,000 to $292,000 per annum.
