Principal Consultant – Telecom

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute intricate, multi-disciplinary projects while acting as a reliable subject matter expert.

• Oversee discipline-specific design initiatives and guarantee synchronized, high-quality project delivery across various teams.

• Record client-specific procedures and deviations from TEECOM standards.

• Work closely with Group and Team Leads to ensure the uniform application of standards.

• Build robust client relationships by functioning as a dependable technical advisor.

• Guide engineers and production team members by offering technical advice and conducting design reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical), Architecture, or a related discipline; or equivalent technical experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in AEC or related professional services with a strong focus on specific disciplines.

• Proven experience in delivering coordinated, high-quality designs and making informed decisions within your area of expertise. (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage)

• Capability to lead discipline-specific segments of complex, multi-stakeholder projects with minimal supervision.

• Comprehensive understanding of project delivery processes, client expectations, documentation standards, and coordination necessities.

• Experience in contributing to documentation updates, design standards, and QA/QC processes via GitHub or similar platforms.

• Proficient in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.

• RCDD (Telecom/ICT) — preferred

• EIT — a plus

• PE — a plus

• CCNA — a plus

• CDT — preferred

• PMP — a plus
