This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee comprehensive Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, encompassing Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (Planning) and all associated Planning Modules, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), FreeForm (Essbase), and Enterprise Data Management (EDM/DRM).
• Act as the main client-facing leader during engagements, fostering trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, VPs of FP&A, and other senior finance executives.
• Manage project delivery results, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, adhering to R-Cubed's delivery standards and escalation protocols.
• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable EPM architecture and configuration designs.
• Guide and mentor a team of EPM consultants and senior consultants, offering technical direction, career development, and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through proposal creation, solution development, and support for business development and sales efforts.
• Create and enhance methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets that improve delivery quality and consistency throughout the Oracle EPM Practice or across the Firm.
• Remain updated on the Oracle EPM product roadmap, releases, and industry best practices, translating that expertise into added client value.
• Spot opportunities to broaden engagement scope and stimulate account growth in collaboration with practice and account leadership.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in implementing Oracle EPM solutions, with at least 2 years in a client-facing leadership or principal-level consulting position.
• Proven expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning along with one or more additional modules: Essbase, FCC, ARCS, EPCM, or EDM.
• Prior experience at a professional services or consulting firm is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in managing full project lifecycles, from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical, C-suite audiences.
• Experience in leading and developing consulting teams; previous people-management experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
• Oracle EPM certifications (e.g., Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Certified) are strongly preferred.
