Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM, OTL & Absence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients both on-site and remotely to implement Oracle HCM solutions;

• Guide clients through the functionalities provided, offer advice on best practices, map out business processes, document requirements, configure system features, and assist with testing;

• Facilitate communication and manage project deliverables across Absence and OTL workstreams;

• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in Absence, OTL, and scheduling processes;

• Work alongside colleagues to enhance delivery models and boost project efficiency and value;

• Mentor junior associates to aid their professional development and enhance the overall team capability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree;

• Current Oracle Time & Labor certification;

• At least 4 years of OTL experience in a Functional Lead position;

• Minimum 5 full-cycle OTL/Absence implementations;

• In-depth knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes;

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;

• Self-driven with the capability to plan work efforts and handle priorities;

• Ability to effectively engage in a remote work model with clients and colleagues;

• Proven ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Additional advantage: Experience with Workforce Scheduler;

• Familiarity with Redwood & Oracle-delivered AI Agents.

• Language proficiency: English: Proficient.
