This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• This role is associated with one or multiple partners and involves working both at the central office and on client locations as needed.
• Project Management - Engaging with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing and guiding the entire delivery team.
• Establish the specifications for the search or project.
• Draft job descriptions, marketing messages, and confidentiality agreements (if necessary) for client approval/signature.
• Develop internal scripts for 'market insight' related to each project.
• Conduct thorough assessments and qualifications of candidates from the long list to the shortlist.
• Produce comprehensive, high-quality reports and candidate profiles.
• Facilitate review and engagement meetings throughout the process.
• Identify potential risks to the project and escalate them ahead of timeline expectations.
• Onboarding - Engage with clients post-project.
• Ensure overall quality control at every stage of the project, both internally and externally.
• Assess candidates through competency and skills-based interviews.
• Prepare detailed candidate reports and presentations for the shortlist.
• Manage resignations and follow up with candidates until placement.
• Conduct post-placement follow-ups and reports at 3, 6, and 12 months.
• Present business cases to senior-level candidates and partners.
• Account management aimed at increasing revenues and remit within global partners.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing senior stakeholder and client relationships, including leading small teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in an end-to-end talent acquisition role, specifically in retained Executive Search.
• Proven experience in crafting insightful profiles and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work within demanding timelines and high-pressure client environments.
• Proven track record of being a 'trusted advisor'.
• Strong external networks and a solid understanding of best practices.
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Fluency in an additional language is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
