
Principal Clinical Specialist – Superficial Venous Interventions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver comprehensive technical assistance for Superficial Venous Interventions products and procedures.
• Educate physicians, nurses, technicians, sales representatives, and various audiences on Closure System and VenaSeal products.
• Provide ultrasound in-services, product demonstrations, mock cases, case coverage, and training for field employees.
• Assist sales representatives with training on customer products and critical case coverage.
• Train and inform customers regarding products and their associated procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and lab/office personnel on case selection.
• Investigate and address site customer complaints, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management.
• Support the territory sales strategy through collaborative sales efforts, in-servicing, market development, inventory management, purchase order collection, and technical case support.
• Educate and assist CVG sales and clinical counterparts with peripheral products.
• Engage in company-sponsored training and educational programs.
• Provide feedback on product performance and suggestions for improvement to Research and Development.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop site-specific sales strategies for established U.S. accounts.
• Assist in creating tools and tactics to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Provide support to hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as needed.
• Keep the manager updated on schedule and workload changes.
• Comply with financial, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards.
• High School diploma with 9+ years of experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience in ultrasound and/or venous procedures.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to establish and maintain positive relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong project management experience with a history of coordinating programs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong work ethic.
• Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Proficiency in using computers and CT reconstruction software.
• Willingness to travel extensively by car and plane.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of residency and an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Capability to wear a lead apron for extended periods.
• Ability to work in cath labs or operating rooms with radiation exposure.
• Willingness to travel with overnight stays up to 50–75% of the time, depending on geographic location.
• Flexibility to work outside standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
• Capability to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment for positions below the Principal level.
