📋 Description

• Implement and oversee PMG’s global benefit plans and initiatives

• Perform analysis and interpretation concerning the organization's regional benefits offerings

• Assist in benchmarking benefit plans

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to ensure market competitiveness

• Oversee and manage all international benefit plans

• Conduct benchmarking for benefit plan design

• Manage relationships with brokers

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international organization

• Experience working across multiple countries

• General knowledge of variations in processes, payroll, and labor laws

• Proficiency in communicating messages regarding compensation and benefit programs for leadership and employees

• Must possess effective communication skills in English
