📋 Description

• Implement and oversee PMG’s global benefit plans and initiatives

• Perform analysis and interpretation concerning the organization’s regional benefits offerings

• Assist with benefit plan benchmarking activities

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders to maintain market competitiveness

• Manage and oversee all international benefit programs

• Facilitate benchmarking of benefit plan design and manage broker relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits within an international organization

• Experience working across multiple countries

• General knowledge of process, payroll, and labor law variations

• Proficient in crafting messages that support compensation and benefit programs targeted at leadership and employees

• Must possess effective communication skills in the English language
