Principal Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate a long-term architectural vision tailored for clients within the financial industry;

• Create technology roadmaps that are in sync with business strategies;

• Recognize architectural risks, technical debt, and opportunities for modernization;

• Aid in making decisions regarding cloud services, data management, integrations, applications, and digital transformation;

• Act as the main technical point of contact in discussions with CTOs, Heads of Technology, Enterprise Architects, and executive stakeholders;

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic meetings;

• Convert business requirements into technological guidance;

• Assist commercial teams with strategic opportunities;

• Contribute to crafting technical proposals;

• Ensure that solutions are aligned with client challenges and adhere to industry best practices;

• Collaborate with partners and hyperscalers;

• Provide support to architecture and delivery teams in critical technical decisions;

• Conduct comprehensive architecture reviews;

• Foster consistency across various initiatives and projects;

• Share architectural best practices and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Principal Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in similar positions;

• Proven track record in large, complex corporate environments;

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or technology firms with a strong focus on client engagement;

• Background in the financial sector, including banking, insurance, payments, fintech, or capital markets;

• Familiarity with defining cloud strategies, application modernization, data management, and integration;

• Capability to participate in high-level technical and executive discussions;

• Consultative mindset with exceptional communication skills and stakeholder influence;

• Experience in developing technology roadmaps and strategic technology planning;
