Principal, Analytics Transformation – AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Function as a transformation catalyst within the Analytics organization, linking strategy, innovation, personnel, processes, and technology to enhance business outcomes.

• Propel the organization's AI and Agentification initiatives by recognizing, prioritizing, and expanding new operational methods.

• Act as a reliable advisor to Analytics leadership regarding organizational strategy, operational models, communication, and execution priorities.

• Foster collaboration throughout the analytics organization to ensure teams operate as a cohesive enterprise capability.

• Advocate for widespread adoption of change and establish enduring operational mechanisms.

• Steer analytics strategy, develop multi-year roadmaps, and set investment priorities for data platforms, tools, and products.

• Oversee the delivery of high-impact projects from problem identification to production and lifecycle management.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment on trade-offs, implications, and decisions among business and technology sectors.

• Create communities of practice, code and pattern libraries, and coaching frameworks to enhance capabilities across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 8 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering, including leadership of multi-team projects that deliver analytics platforms, models, and products, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience in leading data and analytics strategy.

• Significant experience working in a large enterprise setting.

• Strong skills in organization, budgeting, and leadership.

• Capability to influence stakeholders and develop workflows utilizing technologies.

• Previous experience in establishing communities of practice, code and pattern libraries, and coaching mechanisms to enhance team capabilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as necessary.

• Program Management experience is highly desirable.

• A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.

• PMP, CAP, CDMP, or cloud professional-level certification is preferred.
