This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Takes a pivotal role in executing employee and patient experience survey initiatives.
• Offers expert advice on best practices for developing survey questions.
• Creates and deploys surveys using Qualtrics, analyzes the results, and presents findings to leadership along with recommendations and action items.
• Develops dashboards in Qualtrics, creates support and training materials, and facilitates training sessions for users.
• Acts as the technical subject matter expert in Qualtrics for team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborates closely with Global Communications, HR Leadership, and business stakeholders to formulate and implement a communication strategy ahead of survey launches.
• Performs advanced statistical analyses to assess the efficacy of key experience programs.
• Works with HR and business units to pinpoint the most pressing questions concerning the workforce by utilizing people data and other organizational data sources.
• Leads the execution of strategic deep-dive analytics projects driven by the GPA Team.
• Identifies suitable research methodologies to gather data necessary for addressing business queries.
• Conducts sophisticated statistical analyses to respond to crucial business questions throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Discovers key insights and utilizes data visualization tools to effectively communicate results to senior leadership.
• Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
• Over 6 years of experience in an I/O Consulting or People Analytics role, with at least 3 years focusing on Employee Listening / Experience.
• Proven history of delivering exceptional service and managing change in a global setting.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Qualtrics (Surveys & Dashboards).
• Experienced with Tableau.
• Knowledgeable in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Python).
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Excellent presentation skills, including experience presenting to large groups and senior leadership, as well as leading training sessions.
• Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand and support the global organization in adapting to the future of work.
• Capable of applying data, analytics, and business acumen to address complex business challenges.
• Skilled in drawing insights from diverse data points, rapidly identifying key findings, and linking them to implications with actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in presenting analytical findings in an accessible and business-friendly manner that highlights key business implications and drives action; adept at creating visually appealing Executive Summaries using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).
