Principal AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interprets business objectives by implementing AI and Agentic AI to achieve targeted business results.

• Employs machine learning tools to monitor and assess model performance.

• Assesses the effectiveness and precision of new data sources and collection techniques.

• Conducts scientific tasks that involve analytical, statistical, and programming expertise to gather, analyze, and interpret extensive data sets.

• Creates data-driven solutions for complex business problems.

• Collaborates with all Scrum Teams to seamlessly integrate AI and Agentic AI into the UCAP workflow functionalities.

• Reviews testing outcomes to ensure compliance with desired VBA results.

• Leverages professional judgment, critical thinking, and research to enhance processes and address issues impacting program performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, engineering, or a relevant scientific or technical discipline.

• 8+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML.

• 5+ years of experience in statistical analysis, including predictive analytics and a range of data science tools, including AI.

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling support.

• Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, Java, or Scala.

• Strong understanding of AI and Agentic AI.

• Capability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
