Principal AI Security Engineer, English Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of security measures for Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and MLOps ecosystems.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, platform, compliance, risk, and security teams to develop AI security best practices, implement governance frameworks, minimize attack surfaces, and ensure the ethical deployment of AI technologies.

• Guide engineers and security professionals while acting as a subject matter expert in the field of AI security.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Security Engineering, or related areas.

• At least 3 years of experience working with AI, GenAI, LLM, MLOps, or AI platform security.

• Proven experience in securing enterprise-level cloud environments.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement security controls for contemporary distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience collaborating with compliance, governance, risk, and audit teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar field.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) – essential.
