Principal AI Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams that include AI scientists, software engineers, and subject matter experts.

• Create tailored LLM solutions.

• Innovate and improve current CaLLM offerings.

• Keep updated on the latest developments, trends, and research in generative AI, ASR, and language modeling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience and proven expertise in developing LLMs, including fine-tuning, distillation, layer pruning, and creating new multimodal LLMs.

• Proficient in commercial deployments, post-deployment support, and the model profiling and optimization necessary for production environments.

• An advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional programming abilities in Python, with a strong capability to implement complex machine learning algorithms.

• A successful track record in developing ASR systems, effectively engaging with various components like acoustic models, language models, and pronunciation models.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and an inclination towards collaboration.
