This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate consulting projects that yield quantifiable operational and financial enhancements for healthcare entities.
• Act as the executive engagement leader for substantial health system and healthcare transformation projects.
• Ensure lasting operational improvements and tangible client value.
• Supervise multidisciplinary consulting teams focused on strategy, operations, workforce transformation, and performance enhancement.
• Foster project governance, execution discipline, and accountability for outcomes.
• Maintain engagement with senior-level clients throughout the consulting project lifecycle.
• Counsel healthcare leaders on enterprise transformation and intricate operational and organizational challenges.
• Provide expertise on workforce strategy, labor optimization, corporate services transformation, administrative operating models, shared services, enterprise performance improvement, clinical transformation, and physician enterprise services.
• Convert healthcare industry trends into practical client solutions.
• Identify and develop follow-on projects based on proven results and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to pursuit strategies and proposal creation.
• Generate approximately $1.5M–$3M in annual consulting revenue through client expansion and strategic advisory relationships.
• Maintain around 70% utilization while balancing project delivery, business development, internal initiatives, and team leadership.
• Create consulting frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property.
• Share knowledge through presentations, publications, and executive forums.
• Mentor Senior Directors, Directors, and consulting personnel.
• Aid in the development of consulting methodologies and service offerings.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Over 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations leadership is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, value-based care, and healthcare policy.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen operational improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in project management, risk mitigation, and quality control.
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven client management abilities and a talent for building long-term relationships.
• Financial acumen in overseeing project budgets and forecasts.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex transformation initiatives within health systems.
• Proven capability to advise senior healthcare executives on operational and strategic matters.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary consulting teams and complex projects.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Capacity to adapt, change priorities swiftly, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills for both in-person and electronic interactions.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
