Principal 5G & Network Architecture Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of Next Generation Network (NGN) architectures.

• Assess current and forthcoming 5G and 6G technologies for military use.

• Create technical studies, white papers, and architectural artifacts.

• Analyze secure communication concepts and network architectures.

• Perform readiness assessments and evaluate technology maturity.

• Review concepts related to Network Management and Cyber Defence.

• Present findings and suggestions to NATO stakeholders.

• Contribute to the formulation of future communication strategies and capability development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in communications systems, network architecture, or telecommunications engineering.

• Extensive knowledge in 5G, mobile communications, or next-generation networking.

• Proven experience in designing large-scale communication and information systems.

• Strong grasp of security architecture and secure communications.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture or capability architecture.

• Experience in preparing technical reports, studies, and architectural documentation.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to work autonomously in a highly specialized consulting capacity.

• Experience in military, defense, government, or critical infrastructure (Highly Desirable).

• Experience with NATO or multinational programs (Highly Desirable).

• Knowledge of readiness assessments, technology maturity models, or capability development frameworks (Highly Desirable).

• Experience with deployable communications systems (Highly Desirable).

• Understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, monitoring, and interoperability frameworks (Highly Desirable).
