Pricing Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Management and maintenance of pricing systems.

• Enhance and maintain Excel-based pricing models to ensure they are accurate, user-friendly, and functional.

• Offer continuous support and troubleshooting for pricing tools and oversee updates to reflect changes in business and pricing.

• Conduct pricing analysis and technical execution.

• Examine pricing requests and requirements.

• Convert business inputs into system configurations and outcomes.

• Ensure pricing logic is in alignment with strategy and financial assumptions.

• Assist in the development of budgets and pricing scenarios.

• Support proposals and contracts.

• Help the Proposals & Contracts team with bid grid mapping.

• Align client pricing formats with internal systems.

• Assist with pre-award and post-award pricing deliverables.

• Contribute to the pricing components of proposals.

• Collaborate across functions.

• Partner with global operational teams to identify cost drivers.

• Communicate pricing assumptions and outcomes.

• Foster alignment across various functions (finance, operations, proposals, etc.).

• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Identify inefficiencies within pricing workflows.

• Suggest and implement process enhancements.

• Shorten cycle times for pricing and budgeting activities.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

• Conduct training sessions for global users on pricing tools and processes.

• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and methodologies.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding for new team members.

• Track and report on pricing metrics and tool usage.

• Address problem solving, compliance, and quality assurance.

• Ensure pricing adheres to corporate policies and market standards.

• Resolve moderately complex pricing and system issues.

• Apply analytical judgment to guarantee accurate outputs.

• Maintain quality, consistency, and compliance across all pricing deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific or business discipline, complemented by 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry/clinical research, with a solid understanding of the clinical development process and 2 years of pricing/budgeting or negotiation and contract experience.

• Strong communicator: Exhibit effective written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively showcase your accomplishments and those of Rho.
