Price Management, Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the Corporate Price Management team in crafting pricing strategies and executing implementation plans.

• Oversee the execution of emerging strategies through effective project management, training, and coaching.

• Guide and coordinate efforts to enhance profitability, including reviews of route profitability, customer profitability, and significant contract evaluations.

• Aid in the development and training of new field pricing team members.

• Extract data, analyze trends and the effectiveness of pricing actions, and suggest subsequent steps.

• Promote the sharing of best practices and the implementation of value-related charges.

• Support the deployment and utilization of tools in accordance with corporate guidelines.

• Validate pricing assumptions necessary for revenue analysis and budgeting as needed.

• Observe market conditions, pricing trends, and the success of pricing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside and work in the United States.

• Bachelor's Degree (from an accredited institution) in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

• Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED (from an accredited institution) accompanied by four (4) years of additional experience.

• A minimum of 7 years of prior work experience in addition to the educational requirements.

• Strong business acumen and leadership skills suitable for one-on-one discussions with Area Leadership.

• Proven experience in supporting the development and implementation of pricing strategies.

• Competence in project management, training, and coaching.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, trend evaluation, pricing actions, and profitability assessment.

• Familiarity with revenue analysis, budgeting, market conditions, and pricing trends.

• Must possess a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative, or be willing to obtain one if necessary for business air travel or access to federal properties.
