Presale Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and generate quotes for medical, dental, and vision plans.

• Create field quotes for medical, dental, and vision using Cigna's rating systems.

• Provide assistance to both new and existing sales managers.

• Oversee the RFP process, report outcomes, and ensure timely submission turnaround.

• Guarantee the accuracy of data and opportunities in Salesforce.com.

• Deliver complete and precise proposal information to Underwriting and other matrix partners.

• Engage proactively with internal and external clients to streamline the RFP workflow.

• Collaborate with Brokers to showcase Cigna's market advantages.

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with matrix partners.

• Assist New Business Managers in optimizing benefits.

• Coordinate new business sales and renewals for existing business within the U500 Business Segment.

• Organize deliverables for clients and/or producers.

• Participate in various projects within the sales office as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Preferred background in health insurance with a general comprehension of the sales process.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding follow-up capabilities.

• Basic mathematical proficiency.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, production-like environment and adapt swiftly to changes.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.

• Proficient in managing, prioritizing, and working on multiple projects concurrently.

• Capability to consistently meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure.

• Ability to foresee customer and/or business partner needs and comprehend the implications of actions.

• Proficient technical skills in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Competence in internet/web navigation.

• For remote or occasional work-from-home arrangements, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
