This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Execute strategic outreach to potential leads through social media interactions (direct messages, likes, story responses, comments, etc.) aimed at creating connections and generating interest.
• Identify and engage business owners within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring the generation of qualified opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, contributing to the progression of the sales funnel.
• Monitor notifications and engagements to discover new opportunities within the ICP.
• Follow up on already activated contacts, guiding the lead in a structured manner throughout the funnel.
• Periodically review the CRM, applying tags and ensuring proper follow-up for each contact.
• Participate in internal management rituals and collaborate with the sales team to determine the best activation strategies.
• Completed high school education.
• Previous experience in social selling, pre-sales, or B2B prospecting.
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in the Portuguese language.
• Strong organizational skills and discipline to manage a high volume of contacts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Clint and Pipedrive.
• Proactive profile, with good contextual understanding and ability to adapt communication for digital interactions.
• Experience in organic engagement strategies on social media (desirable).
• Knowledge of ICP and opportunity mapping via social networks (desirable).
• Ability to analyze funnels and track conversion metrics (desirable).
