This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and manage the company's digital platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media networks.
• Engage in proactive prospecting to identify potential clients through various social media channels.
• Cultivate relationships with leads to enhance engagement.
• Arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Supervise and manage automation processes and communication flows on digital platforms.
• Conduct consultative outreach through messages and digital channels.
• Assist in converting opportunities into sales.
• Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and generated opportunities.
• High level of professional and emotional maturity.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a consultative mindset.
• Strong self-management skills, a clear sense of purpose, and well-defined objectives.

• Experience in pre-sales or social selling within a B2B context.
• Prior experience in consulting, services, B2B, or corporate training is advantageous.
• Proficient in sales techniques such as SPIN Selling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in high-ticket sales is preferred.
• A degree in Business Administration, Controllership, or other management-related fields is a plus.
