This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategically generate, qualify, and convert business opportunities via social media.
• Execute targeted outreach to potential leads through social interactions.
• Engage with leads in a consultative manner, identifying their pain points, needs, and maturity level.
• Qualify opportunities, concentrating on companies and decision-makers within a B2B context.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with leads throughout their buying journey.
• Facilitate strategic discussions aimed at generating interest and progressing prospects through the sales funnel.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (closers) when applicable.
• Document and track interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance messaging, outreach, and campaigns.
• Track metrics and performance indicators.
• High school diploma.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally with high-ticket products or services.
• Previous experience in social selling, pre-sales, or B2B prospecting.
• Exceptional written communication skills and fluency in Portuguese.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, GPCT, BANT, etc.
• Well-organized and disciplined to handle a large volume of contacts.
• Proficient with CRM systems.
• Proactive individual with strong contextual awareness and the ability to adjust language for digital communication.
• Experience with organic social media engagement strategies is desirable.
• 100% remote work.
• Contract type: PJ (contractor).
