Pre-Sales Operations Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Update Pipedrive and proposal channels with details from meetings and daily tasks.

• Assist Kaklelis in the preparation and organization of documents for ongoing proposals.

• Adhere to the Win Procedure checklist for successful opportunities.

• Aid in creating a pipeline summary detailing entries, progress, and outcomes (won/lost).

• Review proposal directories to ensure compliance with minimum standardization.

• Engage in at least one alignment session with Kaklelis to discuss feedback and priorities for the upcoming week.
