This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture the pre-sales team (BDRs/SDRs), ensuring optimal performance and ongoing growth;

• Structure and enhance pre-sales processes for both inbound and outbound efforts;

• Guarantee a steady generation of qualified opportunities for the sales team;

• Establish and implement performance indicators (KPIs) that balance quantity with quality (volume, conversion, efficiency);

• Develop a target model that promotes comprehensive diagnosis and alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);

• Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance lead quality and conversion rates;

• Work in conjunction with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and boost conversion rates;

• Identify opportunities for funnel improvement and suggest process modifications;

• Ensure the effective utilization of the CRM and operational support tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS sector with extended sales cycles and substantial average deal sizes;

• Demonstrated experience in leading pre-sales teams;

• Background in outbound and/or active pipeline generation;

• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and analytical skills to generate reports and convert data into actionable plans to achieve revenue goals;

• Experience leveraging AI/automation tools to enhance lead nurturing and team efficiency;

• Background in technology firms or HR Tech;

• Experience in integrating marketing and sales efforts;

• Previous experience as a closer/salesperson;

• Strong mentoring abilities.
