This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Support bid managers during the RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, with responsibilities expected to expand over time.
• Create, format, and ensure the quality of all proposal materials (including offers, technical concepts, pricing, references, and Q&A).
• Oversee deadlines, schedules, and document version control to guarantee that the bid team has access to the most current information.
• Organize and maintain the central proposal library for the efficient reuse of resources such as references, text modules, and CVs.
• Produce regular status updates, checklists, and reports for both internal meetings and client presentations.
• Manage e-procurement platform submissions and carry out essential PMO tasks (scheduling, minutes, action tracking, decision documentation).
• A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous (e.g., Business, Informatics, Law).
• Experience in project work, proposal management, or administrative coordination is useful, but a strong eagerness to learn is crucial.
• A proactive and collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• A structured, dependable, and detail-focused working style with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines and effective communication skills.
• Excellent written German (C1+) and good proficiency in English.
• Skilled in MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and comfortable with adopting new digital tools.
