Praktikant – UX Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will support our team with a variety of tasks throughout the design process:

• Participation in all phases of the User-Centered Design process

• Creation of wireframes, interactive prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.), and design system components

• Visualization of user journeys, personas, and customer journey maps

• Organization and execution of user research, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis

• Assistance in the (re)design of complex tools and dashboards

• Contribution to the planning and moderation of digital ideation workshops (e.g., using FigJam)

• Development and presentation of UX reports and testing results

• Creation of content for presentations, webinars, online courses, and blog posts

• Support in content creation (e.g., video scripts, visual storytelling, slide decks)

• Help in community management and organization of course programs

⛳️ Requirements

• You are studying in the field of UX or media design, media management, marketing, communication or media sciences, computer science, or have a comparable qualification

• Basic knowledge of user experience principles and experience with common design and prototyping tools, as well as experience in video creation and editing is a plus

• Initial experience with design software, particularly Figma, as well as in interaction design and information architecture

• Strong interest in usability and conversion best practices, as well as current trends, apps, tools, etc.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written

• An outstanding team player with empathy and excellent social skills
