This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in effective communication to grasp client objectives and achieve desired results.
• Offer proactive and timely status updates on portfolio implementations.
• Ensure an outstanding experience for our Wealth Advisor Teams while developing and implementing investment strategies.
• Demonstrate the capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively on various time-sensitive projects, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Possess a working knowledge of capital markets and portfolio design.
• Effectively align Advisor implementation goals with suitable investment strategies.
• Understand account configuration options, including cash reserves, rebalancing frequency, and do-not-buy/do-not-sell restrictions.
• Have a working knowledge of short-term and long-term capital gains tax to assist in transitioning portfolios over intended time horizons.
• Draft, support, and audit analytics, proposals, and deliverables for Wealth Management Teams.
• Responsible for executing standardized workflows and investment processes.
• Manage portfolio implementations simultaneously to meet or surpass Service Level Agreements.
• Provide suggestions for process enhancements to boost efficiency and improve client experience.
• Gather and submit precise portfolio-level data for implementation while resolving issues swiftly.
• Audit implementations to ensure outcomes align with target portfolio objectives.
• Assist in training new hires, ensuring the team is adequately prepared to deliver exceptional investment management services.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Finance).
• CFP® and/or Series 65 certification required.
• CFA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Working knowledge of Orion and Morningstar is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is preferred, particularly in advanced data analytics.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a highly collaborative approach.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
