Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Engage with outreach efforts and address inquiries from guests to ensure their involvement in our show.

• Facilitate communication between guests and clients by preparing materials, formulating questions, and organizing schedules.

• Work in partnership with content writers, editors, video producers, and graphic designers to develop all episode-related materials.

• Upload podcasts to our hosting platform and disseminate them to services like Apple and Spotify.

• Post episodes on clients' websites and other pertinent platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an agency or media production environment.

• At least a B2 level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Outstanding communication abilities, as this role requires daily interaction with guests and clients via email.

• Strong administrative competencies.

• A genuine enthusiasm for technology.

• Capacity to work independently, manage several projects at once, and respond quickly in a collaborative setting.

• A proactive creative mindset and a sense of ownership from the initial concept to final delivery.
