Podcast Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Engage with outreach and address inquiries from guests to ensure their involvement in our show.

• Facilitate communication between guests and clients, which includes preparing materials, formulating questions, and organizing schedules.

• Work alongside content writers, editors, video producers, and graphic designers to develop all episode-related materials.

• Upload podcasts to our hosting platform and distribute them to services such as Apple and Spotify.

• Publish episodes on clients' websites and other pertinent platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an agency or media production environment.

• Minimum B2 level of English language proficiency, both written and spoken.

• Outstanding communication abilities, as this role requires daily interactions with guests and clients via email.

• Strong administrative capabilities.

• Enthusiasm for technology.

• Capability to work independently, handle multiple projects at once, and adapt swiftly in a collaborative setting.

• A strong sense of creative initiative and a proactive approach from concept through to final execution.
